The Challenge

I successfully completed 30 races in the 12 months leading up to what would have been Adam Bramwell’s 30th birthday on 18th November 2018.

To raise awareness for mental health, raising a grand total of £15,461 for 3 charities working endlessly to break the stigma and support those suffering, to conduct further research into mental health and also help those that have lost loved ones to suicide.

The blog now covers all things running, mental health and suicide bereavement.
